Grilled Rosemary Potatoes

Grilled Rosemary Yukon Gold Potatoes are a tasty, crispy side dish perfect for any BBQ. Tossed in olive oil, rosemary, and garlic, they’re grilled to golden perfection with a soft, flavorful inside that complements any meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 2.2 lbs about 1 kg Yukon Gold potatoes, washed and halved lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 5 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat, aiming for a temperature between 375°F (190°C) and 400°F (205°C).
  • Then arrange the halved potatoes in a roasting pan. Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the potatoes, ensuring they are well coated. And season with salt, paprika, and black pepper, tossing to cover all sides of the potatoes.
  • Tuck the sprigs of rosemary between the potatoes to infuse them with flavor duringgrilling.

Grill the Potatoes:

  • Place the roasting pan on the preheated grill and close the lid.
  • Grill the potatoes for about 15 minutes or until they start to develop a rich golden color.
  • If the potatoes have not yet turned golden, continue grilling for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  • Turn the potatoes over, close the grill lid, and continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.

Serve:

  • Remove the potatoes from the grill and discard the rosemary sprigs.
  • Serve the potatoes hot, garnished with additional fresh rosemary if desired.
